Messages are sent by Four Corner Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company that does business as Four Corner Funding. Four Corner Funding is a registered Florida fictitious name of Four Corner Holdings, LLC, and messages identify the sender as “Four Corner Funding.” Our mailing address is 3750 Gunn Highway, Suite 306, Tampa, FL 33618.

If you opt in, we may send you text messages related to the request you made or the services you use:

• Appointment reminders, such as the date and time of a scheduled platform demonstration
• Scheduling updates, including changes and confirmations
• Document requests connected to a partner application or onboarding
• Service notifications and replies to support questions

These messages are informational. We do not use this program to send marketing promotions or offers of financing.

You opt in by checking the box labeled “Text message updates (optional)” beneath the telephone field on one of these forms:

The box is never checked for you. Consent is optional. It is not required to submit a form or to obtain any product or service, and it is separate from every other consent on the form.

Message frequency varies with your request and your activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and is not guaranteed.

We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you submit.

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top of this page show the current revision. If the message types or the consent wording change, the version changes with them.
