Platform access

Access the platform based on how you operate

This is not a one-size system. Access is structured around whether you are managing clients directly or running a fully branded environment of your own.

Two models

Certified Partner and White-Label Partner

There are exactly two public partner types. The difference is not how much platform you get — it is how much of the environment you control.

Operate inside the platform

Certified Partner

For professionals managing clients directly inside the Four Corner Holdings platform.

You operate inside the platform — with full visibility and structured workflows.

What you get

  • Full partner dashboard access
  • Client onboarding and management
  • Multi-state lifecycle and pipeline visibility
  • Credit-builder and tier progression visibility
  • Funding readiness and deal status tracking
  • Document and condition visibility within permission scope
  • Commission tracking where applicable
  • Training, resource center, and notifications

Typically a fit for

  • Loan officers and funding professionals
  • Consultants managing client financial outcomes
  • Business-credit operators with an active book
  • Referral organizations formalizing their process
Own your environment

White-Label Partner

For organizations operating their own branded deployment of the platform.

You operate your own version of the platform — with full control of your environment.

What you get

  • Fully branded portal and marketing presence
  • Custom domain or subdomain
  • Tenant-isolated client environment
  • Internal team and role management
  • Client ownership within the tenant
  • Revenue and billing visibility within assigned permissions
  • Central FCH underwriting logic the tenant cannot alter
  • Compliance-safe training and resources

Typically a fit for

  • Financial service firms building a funding division
  • Established operators launching under their own brand
  • Organizations with an internal team to manage
  • Groups that need client ownership inside their own environment

Access is granted following a structured walkthrough. Commercial terms are discussed directly rather than published here, because the right model depends on how you intend to operate.

Side by side

What differs between the two

Both models run on the same engines, the same underwriting logic, and the same workflow gates. What changes is control over branding, team, billing, and client ownership.

White-label path

Own Your Own Funding Company™

A white-label deployment is your brand, your domain, your team, and your clients — running on infrastructure you did not have to build and cannot accidentally break.

What stays central is the part that has to stay central. The underwriting logic, engine rules, and workflow gates are governed by Four Corner Holdings across every tenant. That is not a limitation on your business — it is the reason a file processed in your environment behaves the same as a file processed anywhere else on the platform.

In your tenant

  • Your brand, logo, and portal presentation
  • Your custom domain or subdomain
  • Your internal team and role structure
  • Your clients, owned inside your environment
  • Revenue and billing visibility within permissions
  • Isolated data — invisible to every other tenant

Central underwriting logic, engine rules, and workflow gating are governed by Four Corner Holdings and are not tenant-editable.

Operating model

Partners work within the system, not around it

Real authority over your book. No authority over the rules that keep outcomes consistent across the network.

What partners do

  • Add and manage clients within their tenant
  • Track lifecycle progress across the full book
  • Monitor credit-builder stages and tier progression
  • View funding readiness and deal status
  • Work documents and conditions within permission scope
  • Access training, resources, and notifications

What partners do not control

  • Override underwriting decisions
  • Skip required stages or gates
  • Trigger unrestricted data or bureau pulls
  • Bypass eligibility and sequencing logic
  • Alter central underwriting rules
  • See other tenants' clients or data

Platform access starts with understanding the system. Access is granted after a structured walkthrough — this is an operator onboarding, not a software login.

Enterprise and internal teams

Deployment across an internal operation

Beyond the two public partner models, the platform runs internal team deployments where the priority is control, oversight, and consistency at volume.

  • Underwriting operations

Route files into product-specific paths, assemble the review package, and manage the condition set from one queue.

  • Funding operations

Track packaging, submission, review, and outcome across the pipeline with a preserved event history.

  • Document and conditions control

Centralize the vault, let requirement logic determine the needed set per file, and gate progression on verification.

  • Client lifecycle management

Manage the full book across ten simultaneous state dimensions rather than a single status field.

  • Administrative oversight

Configure roles, scopes, and permissions with least-privilege defaults and audit-aware state history.

  • Controlled multi-team deployment

Deploy across teams with tenant-scoped isolation so visibility follows role rather than convenience.
