Company

The software company behind the funding operation

Four Corner Holdings, LLC builds and owns the capital intelligence infrastructure. Four Corner Funding is the public-facing operating brand that runs on it every day.

Corporate structure

Two names, one operation

The distinction matters because it explains where the software came from and why it works the way it does.

Software, IP, and technology

Four Corner Holdings, LLC

The financial-technology and intellectual-property company. It designs, owns, and operates the Capital Intelligence Platform: the seventeen engines, the multi-tenant architecture, the workflow rules, and the underwriting logic that governs every file processed on the system.

Holdings is the entity that licenses platform access to Certified Partners, White-Label Partners, and enterprise teams.

Public operating brand

Four Corner Funding

The public financial-services DBA of Four Corner Holdings, LLC. It is the real-world environment where the platform operates — working with businesses on readiness, business credit development, and capital access.

Funding is not a separate company that built the software. It is the operating deployment of the technology, and the reason the platform reflects how this work is actually done rather than how it is described in a pitch.

Mission

Replace fragmented, manual, denial-prone process with structured capital intelligence

The failure mode in this industry is not a lack of effort. It is that the process lives in people's heads, spreadsheets, and inboxes — so it cannot be enforced, audited, or scaled.

Four Corner Holdings exists to move that process into software: rules that evaluate consistently, gates that hold regardless of who is pushing, and a data layer where the state of a file is a fact rather than an opinion. The result is not a faster path to an application. It is a path where fewer applications fail for reasons that were visible in advance.

  • Rules over judgment

A rule written once and applied everywhere beats an expert applying it inconsistently. The platform encodes the decision so it survives volume, turnover, and a bad week.

  • Sequence over speed

Most denials in this category are ordering failures, not qualification failures. Getting the order right is worth more than getting to the application faster.

  • State over status

A client is not one number. Tracking lifecycle, readiness, documents, conditions, and deal position separately is what lets an operator act on what is actually true.

  • Control over convenience

Gates, permissions, and refresh cycles create friction on purpose. The friction is the product — it is what prevents the expensive mistake downstream.

Leadership

Founder

The platform was designed from inside an operating funding business rather than from outside it.

Craig Rice, founder and president of Four Corner Holdings, LLC

Craig Rice

Founder and President, Four Corner Holdings, LLC

Craig Rice founded Four Corner Holdings in December 2022 to bring underwriting discipline to commercial capital. He entered credit and mortgage in 1996 and has spent three decades on the same problem: why capable businesses get declined, and what it takes to fix it before they apply.

Financing is subject to underwriting and program eligibility. Platform outputs support readiness evaluation and workflow; they are not guarantees of approval.
